Hesk Helpdesk (And Enhancements!)

I created a number of enhancements for the free help desk software Hesk: https://www.hesk.com/

This included linking to a specific request type, and allowing custom fields for specific request types.  Instead of migrating that content to this new blog (it was for version 2.1, 2.2, and 2.5.1, I'm happy to report that all of those features are now in the core of Hesk.  Current version 2.8.1.
